THREADED NOZZLES





Threaded nozzles come in standard industry sizes. They are available in variety of spray patterns and are offered in several materials such as Brass, 303SS, 316SS, PVC, Polypropylene and Teflon. Threaded nozzles meet NPT or BSPT standards.

ZIP-TIP NOZZLES (QUICK DISCONNECT)





Quick-disconnect spray nozzles are designed to allow fast and easy installation and removal for set-up or cleaning. Nozzles come in clip on or quarter twin style.

K-BALL CLIP-ON NOZZLES





The adjustable K-Ball assemblies are designed for use in multi-stage washers and spray wash machines. They are easy to install by drilling a 9/16” hole into a 1“, 1 1/4”, 1 1/2”, or 2” pipe and attaching the assembly to the pipe with a clip. The spray ball can be easily swapped out or replaced by loosening or tightening the cap, without the need for any tools. These assemblies provide a robust and reliable solution for various cleaning and spraying applications..

ROTATING NOZZLES





The TWK series rotating nozzles provide true 360 degree spray coverage in a compact assembly. The bearing mechanism is self-lubricating and self- cleaning. This nozzle can be installed in any orientation and is effective in vessels up to 3 meters (10 feet) in diameter.

AIR ATOMIZING





Air Atomizing Spray Nozzles use compressed air (or gas) to produce an accurately controlled liquid dispersion in applications where a conventional liquid spray nozzle would not be suitable. They are ideal for new applications, are suitable for replacement in existing applications and are interchangeable with other manufacturers.

EDUCTORS





Eductors with unique venturi design, enable smaller pumps to circulate large volumes of tank solution. The eductor will circulate four to five gallons of solution for each gallon pumped. They are used for mixing chemicals, suspending solids, adjusting pH and "sweeping" debris or sludge.
